Our well-being depends on developing both a healthy body and mind. Choose from a range of alternative approaches from Eastern and Western traditions and decide for yourself if any are relevant for you. Learn about massage, herbalism or diet and nutrition, develop physical strength and flexibility through yoga, experience the balance and flow of Tai Chi or train for a career in counselling, child care or complementary therapies.
If you require further information, please ask to see a course description available in Reception and on this website.
