Social Psychology Social psychologists attempt to explain human behaviour in a social context, for example: how we form impressions of others; who we are attracted to; how our attitudes are shaped; and the influence of crowds and groups on individual behaviour. Psychology of Learning and Learning Styles Drawing on a range of theories within psychology, this module explores the question of how adult students learn. Psychological studies have much to say about those factors within the individual adult and their environment that affect learning. We will explore the implications of these and their relationship to the huge body of literature that now exists on learning styles.
