The Mary Ward Centre is the lead in a partnership with the Workers’ Educational Association (WEA), Select Training Partnership and Croydon Adult Learning and Training (CALAT) to deliver Community Interpreting and Advocacy courses. The project was funded until 2008 and was called the Community Interpreting and Advocacy Project (CIAP). The project is continuing and has been mainstreamed into the partner organsations. The courses are available to those who are unemployed or who are working less than 16 hours per week. All Mary Ward Centre courses which have a code suffixed with the letter ‘E’ are part of this project.
There may be courses closer to where you live which will be run by one of our partners on this project.
