All Centre staff know about the importance of customer care and are proud of the reputation the Centre has for treating people right. The Centre has been awarded very high grades for the Investor in People award which assures users of the Centre that staff receive appropriate training to do their jobs and that they do get annual appraisals to review their work and training needs.

Our teaching staff are an acknowledged strength of the Centre. They have a wealth of experience in teaching adults. Most also work professionally in the subject they teach, for instance as writers, practising artists and musicians, interpreters, therapists etc. We are the friendly place to learn and you will find your tutor has a supportive and positive approach to helping you learn.
