Learn the art of communication as a novelist, journalist, playwright or short-story writer. Build up the skills and discipline to publish your works of fiction. Whether you want to write for children or for the stage, short stories, or novels, and whether you are just beginning to write or are already published, you will find a course to suit you here.
These courses require a commitment to writing pieces of work, both inside and outside of class time. They are also extremely popular, and students enrolled on courses earlier in the year cannot be guaranteed a place in later terms. To ensure your place on a continuing course, please enrol for all three terms at the beginning of the academic year.
Please note that these courses are not suitable for those learning to speak or write English. Fuller course descriptions are available in Reception and on this website.
