Managing & Sustaining Small & Medium Enterprises.
(SME's - voluntary and community organisations, social enterprises, mutuals and micro enterprises.)

Managing and sustaining small and medium sized enterprises is a challenge in the current environment. Investing in workforce development - training and mentoring for staff and volunteers - to manage effectively and with the ability to take full advantage of opportunities is therefore well worth the investment. It increases skills and abilities to respond to new ways of working; it raises morale, improves retention; enhances career progression and most importantly underpins the long term sustainability of the enterprise.

Mary Ward Adult Education Centre, in partnership with Voluntary Action Camden has responded to the current challenges by developing an NOCN accredited course in management. A qualification that focuses on meeting the development and management demands facing SMEs today.

Please contact Clive Allum, Head of Computing, IT & Business Skills, who is also our Employer Link for further information.
