Application Of Mindfulness In Clinical Practice
The clinical value of Mindfulness is widely recognised. As a testament to its efficacy, Mindfulness has been endorsed by the NHS and recommended by NICE (UK National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence). Today, more and more therapists are interested in bringing the power of mindfulness into their work with clients. In this workshop we will look at how Mindfulness can be brought into therapy both implicitly by modelling and embodying it in the therapeutic relationship, and explicitly by cultivating mindful awareness and acceptance. Open to students of counselling and graduates from all modalities
