Chair Fit Taster
The Chair Exercise Programme reaches personal fitness goals while sitting in a chair. It is a series of seated and standing strength exercises designed to build muscle and work the upper body, waist and legs. This exciting workout exercises your body and mind in a fun and effective way. This style of inclusive exercising is taught at Beginners/ Improvers to Advance levels.

The Chair Fit Class will promote flexibility,balance, strength & relaxation exercises
What will it be like
The Chair exercise class contains several fun and easy - to - learn movements designed to help you feel comfortable with the chair while exercising
What else do you need to buy or do
Wear comfortable clothes allowing freedom to move in
Bring a bottle of water
Optional a small soft Ball
What this course could lead to
Improving individuals abilities to be more confident with personal every day physical activities.
Encourage participation in other forms of exercise courses such as Dance, Holistic & Sports.
