Anyone interested in upcycling scrap and learning to make bespoke items of jewellery with it. Suitable for all levels.

What does this course cover

This course will use metals, paper and fabric in an innovative way. Cutting, hammering, texturing and riveting techniqes will be used to transform recycled materials into beautiful pieces of jewellery.

What will it be like

Patterned aluminium cans printed with vibrant colours combined with fabrics and paper give the scope to create miniture works of art that you can go away and wear.

What else do you need to buy or do

Students are encouraged to bring along some patterened aluminium cans, magazines, old books and favourite pieces of fabric to incorporate into their creations.
