Utilising some of the techniques used by boxers to improve and sustain fitness levels, this course combines muscle endurance and calorie burning exercises to give you a cardiovascular workout, raising your fitness levels in a friendly and fun environment. Adaptable for all fitness levels, so beginners welcome!
Who is this course for
The course is open to everyone who wishes to improve their cardiovascular fitness. No previous experience is required, and couch potatoes are welcome! We will, however, ask you to complete a health questionnaire at the start of the course, and students with certain medical conditions (for example, heart problems) may be advised to consult their GP before proceeding with the course, or advised that another course may be more suitable.
What does this course cover
Using a series of guided exercises, all adaptable to the current fitness of individual students, the tutor will lead the group through a circuit of movements and activities, creating an enjoyable and effective workout for all ages and abilities. You will learn how to perform the exercises safely and in a manner that ensures you reap maximum benefit for your efforts.

What else do you need to buy or do
Wear comfortable clothing and trainers suitable for exercise. You may also like to bring a towel and a water bottle. All equipment is provided.
