Strength And Body Conditioning Taster
Through a series of bodyweight exercises you will be introduced to how, with little or no equipment, you can gain the functional benefits and overall improvements in health, fitness and wellbeing that strengthening training can provide. All levels welcome!
Who is this course for
This course is open to all, regardless of existing level of strength and fitness. Beginners are welcome and will be asked to complete a health questionnaire at the start of the course. Students can also continue to work on their fitness and strength. Students with certain medical conditions (for example, heart problems) may be advised to consult their GP before proceeding with the course, or advised that another course may be more suitable.
What does this course cover
This course will teach you how, with minimal equipment, you can improve your strength and fitness levels through a series of enjoyable exercises. The focus will be on steadily improving your strength, regardless of base level (all exercises are adaptable to existing levels) and on enabling you to learn proper technique to achieve maximum benefit in a safe way.

What else do you need to buy or do
Wear clothing and trainers suitable for exercise, and you may like to bring a towel and water bottle. All equipment is provided in the class
