This course is for those involved in creative fields wishing to establish a more productive approach to their specific practice and, more generally, for anyone who wishes to make a more effective contribution in the workplace.

What does this course cover

The course will examine the practical and emotional issues which stand in the way of our personal and professional development. Issues concerning communication in the workplace (including presentational skills), organisational skills and the development of effective work -habits will be explored to discover where change would be most beneficial.

What will it be like

The workshop will comprise a series of discussions and practical exercises which will attempt to understand common and as well as more personally specific issues.

We will explore practical strategies designed to develop productive work routines and look at ways to challenge the doubts and inhibitions which may prevent us from expressing our true potential.
