Advanced Creative Practice END OF YEAR SHOW 2014

9 Sep 2014

At the end of July, ten students of The Advanced Creative Practice Course (ACP) exhibited their work at Mary Ward. The course, which has run for the last few years in this form, offers students an alternative to a degree course, and attracts students progressing from foundation level, as well as more experienced artists from a variety of disciplines. pic 5pic 6

Work ranged from Installation through Painting and Sculpture to Printmaking, and was representative of the high standard of work achieved by the students across the year.

The show also marked the end of Marlene Rolfe’s stewardship as course coordinator.  The course continues in the coming year, in a new guise, as Advanced Practice in Art and Design (APAD), under the leadership of Lara Hailey.
