This 3-hour taster course is designed for small business owners and freelancers who want to harness the power of AI to work smarter, not harder. Through live demonstrations and hands-on activities, participants will discover how AI tools can assist with tasks such as content creation, customer engagement, workflow automation, and market analysis.
The Tutor will use a smartboard to demonstrate and explain techniques; Students work on practical exercises using the classroom PCs by following written instructions on handouts. Discussion and questions are encouraged as part of the learning.
You’ll be using the computers available in the classroom. Please bring a notepad, a pen, and a folder to keep your handouts organised.
