Coaching Your Inner Team – Whos Top Banana?
Is your inner team really working for you? Our inner voices and the things we say to ourselves give us our sense of identity. They are part of our self-talk we use to motivate us, to instruct us on what to do, to criticise our performance and encourage us to do better, or to remind us about our story of the day and what we need to get done.
