Karate: The History And Practice Of Shotokhan Karate

We invite you to join the current British Champion in this exciting karate workshop; learning about the history of Shotokan karate whilst mastering some of the basic moves and principles of karate. If you have wondered about martial arts and wanted to give it a try, this is the course for you.

Wear comfrtable clothing which allows for movement.
A water bottle nearby is recommended.

You will need a microphone (it's fine to use whatever is built into your device) and camera, so we can see you via video. You may also want to use headphones during the session.
Make sure you have a small space to work in during the session.
