Pilates And Stretch - online

A beginners course in pilates introducing the fundamental principles, incorporating breath, whole body movement and stretch. We will learn fundamental pilates exercises and how to use them to improve posture, balance, body alignment and better movement patterns. No partner required for this fun and lively class, dancing solo versions of swing and jive steps to some of the greatest music of the 20th century.
