The tutor will guide and help you to gain confidence and basic digital skills such as: ' using the keyboard and the mouse ' having basic knowledge of the layout and features of Windows 10 ' creating, saving, and printing simple documents in Word such as a letter or CV ' being safe online while using the internet for searching, shopping, or emailing Please ensure you have at least E3/L1 English/ESOL. Do you need to improve your digital skills to help you in your job or to find work? This qualification is for aimed at students who have good knowledge of using computers. It is designed for to improve your IT skills required for the modern workplace. The course will focus on three key programs used in employment: Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Upon successful completion of four online exams, you receive the BCS Level 2 Award in IT User Skills (ICDL Extra) (ITQ). ( Formally known as ECDL) To enrol on to this course, you will need to book in and attend one of our Advice and Information sessions.
