Lead Student Support Services

Salary: £25,487.04 – £27,336.12 (Includes London Weighting), dependent on experience

We are looking for a Lead Student Support Services to support the Access to Services Team, to work day and evening shifts. The post holder will be the friendly face of the Centre and the first point of contact for students and visitors whether working on the reception desk at either building or responding to enquiries by telephone or email.

During evening hours and some Saturdays, the post holder will deal with enquiries, enrolments and requests for information, advice and guidance to students, to share responsibility with the shift leader for administrative tasks and for the security and locking up of the building at the end of the session.

Hours: 35 hours per week – (Shifts to be arranged with the line manager.  Majority will be at Blackfriars, 1Rushworth Street)

Pension: NEST Pension Scheme (2% Employee Contribution & 6% Employer Contribution)

Annual Leave: 35 Days plus Bank Holidays
