Counselling Level 4 – Course Fee Payment Options

You have several options for paying your course fees. Please review the options below and choose the one that works best for you.

Cost per year: £3,475

Advanced Learner Loan

An Advanced Learner Loan is available for eligible students to assist with course fee payments.
If you apply for the loan, you will need a loan information letter from Mary Ward Centre.
Please note that the loan covers a maximum of £4,670 of the total course fee. This means you will need to pay the remaining £2,280 yourself.

The £2,280 balance is split across the two years of the course:

• Year 1: £1,140
• Year 2: £1,140

You can pay this balance either in full or by instalments.

Advance Learn Loan

Option 1: Pay the Full Fee Each Year

Pay £3,475 when enrolling for Year 1, and £3,475 when enrolling for Year 2.

Option 2: Pay the Full Fee by Instalments

For Year 1, the fee of £3,475 can be paid as follows:

Counselling L4 YEAR 1

The same payment schedule will apply in Year 2.

Option 3: Advanced Learner Loan + Full Top-Up Payment

Apply for the Advanced Learner Loan and pay your Year 1 top-up amount of £1,140 in full when you enrol.
The same arrangement will apply in Year 2.

Option 4: Advanced Learner Loan + Top-Up by Instalment

Apply for the Advanced Learner Loan and pay your Year 1 top-up amount of £1,140 in instalments:

The same payment schedule will apply in Year 2.
