Safeguarding at Mary Ward

At Mary Ward we are committed to keeping our students safe.  We aim to provide a safe and secure environment for all our students and promote values of mutual respect and tolerance of differences.  We want our students to feel able to discuss their concerns with a member of staff they can trust.  If you wish to do so you can contact your tutor, member of our reception team or the Designated Safeguarding Lead, Sue Craggs.

You can telephone her on: 020 7269 6071 or 07565 301 490 or email her at:  sue.craggs@marywardcentre.ac.uk

You can read our Safeguarding and Prevent Policy here

The friendly place to learn

The Mary Ward has a reputation as the friendly place to learn – this is because as well as getting first-rate teaching, we also offer the support and encouragement you need to help you get the most from your course.

Visit our Award Winning Building

We are thrilled to showcase our innovative adult education facility on Stratford High Street, London! Recognised with prestigious accolades, including the New London Awards 2024 and the AJ100 Community Impact Award 2024, our centre is the perfect place for holding classes, meetings, events, and filming.

Transformed from the original old office building, we proudly repurposed 65% of the structure, significantly reducing carbon emissions and championing sustainability. Designed with inclusivity in mind, we welcome up to 5,500 students each year, providing vibrant social spaces that inspire collaboration and connection.

Come and explore our dynamic environment. Room hire for activities and filming is also welcome!
