This course is for musicians to work together towards performance standard.
Open to violin, viola, cello and double-bass players, working in independent groups of four or more, one player to a part, with coaching from experienced tutors. You may join one or both of the sessions. In Session 2, one of the groups is a larger string orchestra, which works with a conductor. Please attend the first class of term to be grouped appropriately.
Ideal for complete beginners. Learn to strum a tune in your first session and build confidence and skills throughout the course. You will need your own instrument - tutor advice available, see full course description for details.
