Dance Aerobics And Body Conditioning
Who is this course for
This course is aimed at all levels and abilities. For beginners and those who want to learn a wider variety of steps and routines.
What does this course cover
This is a relaxed and fun dance aerobics class, students will be following short routines while working on all the major muscles to stengthen and tone the body.
What will it be like
The course will be tutor led, following dance steps to music for an all over body workout. Music will be mostly pop, but will also cover other genres for variety.
What else do you need to buy or do
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and suitable shoes with flat soles. Drinking water is available in the studio, please bring your own cup.
What this course could lead to
Students can continue onto other dance classes or a strength and body conditioning course.
